- 1 lb ground turkey

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour (Bob’s Redmill Almond Flour recommended)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried onion
- 1 tsp dried garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Optional: 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Sauté the sliced leek until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with dried onion, dried garlic, oregano, basil, black pepper, and salt. Add the turkey mixture to the sautéed leek in the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously until the turkey turns white.
- In another bowl, use a mixer to combine the eggs, almond flour, and optional cheddar cheese.
