It is an easy basic biscuit recipe for every days and for every occasion.
You can prepare it in 15 minutes and bake it in another 25 minutes.
The main ingredients of these flaps is again my big favorite the golden flaxseed meal. Yes I can not deny it, flax seed flour in the last year became my big big favorite. Flaxseeds is highly anti-inflammatory, low in carbohydrates it helps you improve digestion, give you clear skin, lower cholesterol, reduce sugar cravings, balance hormones, fight cancer and promote weight loss..and that’s just the beginning!
Nutritional benefits of the flaxseeds are amazing as flaxseed is high in the next nutrients:
Omega 3, Fiber, Protein, Vitamin B1, Manganese , Magnesium, Phosphorus, Selenium. Also, flaxseeds contain a good amount of vitamin B6, Iron, potassium, copper and zinc. This flax seed nutrition profile makes it easy to see why it’s one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet.
This is the reason I encourage all of you to use it as much you can and this is why I invent so many recipes what contains this superfood!
This cute biscuit is super simple and quick to make and it is a super clean and super healthy perfect basic snack for all the day what you can crunch whenever you want during the day.
