Divine marble patterned apple cake

Oh yes finally we arrived into the cozy, peaceful autumn and along with it to the most beloved time of festivities! Baking is a true blessing at this time of the year as family and kids are so grateful for the warm apple, ginger, cinnamon smell diffusing from the kitchen when we bake..
I love, love, love to make any baking with apple and cinnamon during the autumn and wintertime, it makes our afternoons and weekends so special and makes us enjoying this season so much more.
This sparkling but peaceful season mood has urged me to create something different, something rich and something really decorative for the autumn table for my family.

Something what is still low carb, clean and EEEAAASSSYYY! Oh yes, easiness is one of my highest priority. I do love to bake but do not want baking take all my time and energy from other important things in my life like my family and my kids.
So I was standing in my kitchen with that massive autumn inspiration bolding to come out of me..I just let my feelings guide me because I knew this is going to be all very right and so much fun…:)
I wanted to create an apple cake but not a boring apple cake. An exciting..unusual..fulfilling..moist..amazing one! But still clean, gluten-free, low carb and sugar-free.
And I think I have got what I wanted!

So you check it out as I am sharing this amazing apple cake recipe with you, which for the first look might seem to be a bit complicated but in reality it is a very easy and simple recipe. The apparent difficulty might only come from the fact that we have to make two different batters a chocolate and a vanilla one what are going to make the marble color of the cake. We only have to layer these batters and apple cubes, berries together, then decorate and bake the cake.
The preparation time might only take about 30 minutes.
This cake is low carb, sugar-free, nut-free, dairy-free and packed with good fat and protein. It is so creamy, rich and satisfying that You simply MUST TRY IT!
It is perfect for every occasion, for a warm and special family dinner, for a birthday cake or just for welcoming our guests for the season feasts!
The best of this recipe is, that it is a super clean and a super nutritive treat for all the family and IT IS SIMPLY DELICIOUS!

Ingredients for the white batter:

2 eggs
2 cups brown rice flour
1 cup flaxseed flour
4 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp stevia powder ( or 5 tbsp erythritol )
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce ( I use Great Value Unsweetened Apple Sauce from Walmart 🙂
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup soy milk ( or any other milk alternatives )

Ingredients for the brown batter:

2 eggs
1,5 cup golden flaxseed flour
1 cup brown flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder ( unsweetened and 100% cacao )
2 tbsp brown flax flour

1/2 tsp stevia powder ( or 5 tbsp erythritol )
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce ( I use Great Value Unsweetened Apple Sauce from Walmart 🙂
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup soy milk ( or any other milk alternatives )
( You can also change the 1,5 cup golden flaxseed flour for normal ( brown ) flaxseed flour what is available in all the supermarkets. If you do so than instead adding 1,5 cup add only 1 cup (brown ) flaxseed flour but! raise the quantity of brown flour from 1 cup to 1,5 cup! )

You also need:
6-7 apple chopped in dices
1 cup of raisins or/and dried cranberry flakes or/and blueberry
chocolate chips for decoration

Preparation:

1. Heat oven to 360F.
2. Mix the ingredients of the brown batter and than mix the ingredients of the white batter.

4. Prepare a 9 inch size cake pan by cutting the baking paper into. Spread some oil or butter on the paper.
5. Start to put layers of your brown and white batters to the cake pan putting an additional layer of the apple dices and berries in between the layers. So start with the brown layer and than add a portion of apple dices and berries then add the white batter layer. Try to put as many layers as many you can but at least 3 layers of each!
6. When you have all the batter in the cake pan decorate with apple slices, berries, chocolate chips or nuts if you wish.
7. Bake it in your preheated oven on 360F at least for 1 hour ( or up until the point you do not feel the inside part of the cake creamy/jelly anymore.)
8. Take it out of the oven leave it to rest for 30 minutes.

Tips:
You can also add roasted nuts to the batters, that can give it even more taste and more nutrients.
You can serve with maple syrup or apple sauce and is perfect with a warm tea or coffee!
