This low carb flaxseed dough is truly amazing…my family is crazy for this!

It is gluten free, sugar-free, diary and nut free!  It’s texture and taste is like the cinnamon buns!

Stays fresh for 4-5 days.
You can make it in any cake shape or muffin shapes (for muffins it is perfect without the frosting)…it always results amazing..!
It is very versatile as you can mix in berries, chocolate chip, coconut, any nuts…to make it more rich.
On-hand preparation time is only 10 minutes!

Well..talking about lunch boxes..is not always an easy topic.

A magical low carb savory cottage cheese muffin

I think this recipe is a magic.
..and yes it is definitely our other big favorite. I make this recipe at least every second week.

Low carb pumpkin muffin with cream cheese filling

It is creamy…it is rich…it is delicious..a perfect breakfast with a cup of hot chocolate or cafe made of coconut milk!
When Stony my son tried it he closed his eyes and told me with devotion: “Mum it is “fantastico” 🙂 …” I was just laughing on him but I knew I have found another big favorite muffin recipe..!

So here we go..it is easy to prepare, with the creamy filling it feels and tastes special and very decorative even for party time and can be a perfect pumpkin dessert for the upcoming Halloween parties.

Savory stuffed mushrooms

This is a very simple, quick but at the same time a very decorative dish what can stand for itself as a single dish or as a side dish.
We used to eat it for dinner, when I want to prepare something a bit special and warm for dinner.
Stony loves mushrooms so we do and the best about this recipe again is that it takes about 10-15 minutes on-hand preparation only. The baking time around 15-20 minutes.
It is quick and easy to make, it is low carb and it is properly light for a dinner..
